The Business Development Internship Program is an opportunity to be placed on a team to do meaningful work as a part of our high performing Kraft Heinz Sales Teams. This is a top talent sourcing strategy to help Kraft Heinz be the best. The individuals that are hand selected for this opportunity will join in a function specific role and be expected to deliver tangible business results during the course of their internship. The internship will be project based in nature supporting our Sales Function. In addition to a clearly defined project, you will be immersed in weekly learning opportunities and social experiences with your Kraft Heinz colleagues as well as the opportunity to understand our iconic brand portfolio.

This program is designed for those who are seeking a performance based culture where your ambitious nature, work ethic, passion, and ability to deliver results will be recognized. Having a Consumer First mindset and a passion for the food industry is a fundamental value at Kraft Heinz and a necessary quality in an intern. Selected individuals must be comfortable and confident being the face of Kraft Heinz to our customers.

This opportunity may be for you if:

  • You are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree and are currently in your Junior year eligible to complete internship in Summer 2018
  • You will relocate to the Rogers, AR Sales offices for the entirety of your internship
  • You have a minimum grade point average of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale (or top 25% of sliding GPA scale)
  • You have a proven history of setting and delivering against personal goals and massively over delivering
  • You demonstrate a proven capability and interest in Analytics and Excel or other data management tools
  • You bring positive energy to every interaction and project
  • You possess a clear passion for customer facing interactions and delivering results through data analysis and insights
  • You have a strong verbal and written communication skills mixed with the interest and humility to interact with our consumer base
  • You show a proven ability to simplify the complex and solve the root cause of a problem
  • You enjoy winning and takes results personally and dream of being known as the best in their field
  • You prioritize demonstrated integrity as a must; you never take shortcuts when it comes to integrity
