SUMMARY

Assist Regional Parts & Service Manager in monitoring, reporting, communicating, deploying, and following through with parts and service activities. This will include assistance for field staff on tracking dealership enrollment and engagement with corporate and regional programs. The position will also be expected to engage with the fixed ops analysis to resolve issues and answer questions. Interaction with field personnel in support of District and Regional objectives will also be expected.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY

  • Updating and modifying dealership performance data, specific to Customer Satisfaction, Parts and accessories sales, Warranty, Retention and Training.
  • Interaction with field management to streamline information gathering/dissemination.
  • Preparation of regional reports (Central Region mid-year Review, CSI trends, program enrollment status, etc.)

PERSONALLY PERFORMED DUTIES

  • Assist regional management fixed operations team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • In progress of Bachelor’s degree.

Overall Related Experience:

  • Prior internships a plus.

SKILLS

  • Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel proficiency. Good writing skills, including business communication.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Compensation is $18/hr
  • Commitment to a 10 week summer full-time internship, 40 hours a week starting in May, is required.
  • The intern will be located in Downers Grove, IL.
