Brasfield & Gorrie is one of the nation’s largest privately held construction firms, providing general contracting, design-build, and construction management services for a wide variety of markets, including healthcare, commercial, institutional, federal, municipal, industrial, infrastructure, and water/wastewater treatment. We are seeking an Assistant Marketing Coordinator  who would be responsible for producing proposals, qualifications, award submittals, presentation materials and participating in various other marketing related activities. This position is in-person, full-time and located in Birmingham, AL.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field required
• 0-3 years of prior marketing experience or corporate internship experience in the AEC industry or in a similar field preferred
• Experience in desktop publishing, presentation and other marketing related software, including
• Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
• Skilled in writing, proofreading and editing
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management, organization, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure with ability to multitask and meet aggressive deadlines
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
