Target is hiring for Internship and Full Time Roles!

As a stores executive intern, you will work in a fun and energetic environment as you learn to lead our store teams with 1 primary goal: to help all families discover the joy of everyday life. You’ll work with an intern mentor who will teach you the basics of how to lead a team as you build your business acumen in a fast pace retail environment. Building relationships with store leaders, you will learn how to effectively lead and develop hourly leaders and team members to drive a guest obsessed shopping experience.

Preferred Majors:

• We accept all majors, but strongly encourage students with a concentration in business administration, management, marketing, and communications.

• Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Strong Relationship Building/Collaboration, Passion for Leading, Results Driven, Curious Learner, Entrepreneural Spirited, Strong Communication Skills, Resilience and Adaptability

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

• Summer Internship 2024: Must be able to start a full-time role in 2025
• Full-Time 2024 Roles: Must be able to start Full-Time in 2024

Hiring Start Dates:

• For Internship: June 2024
• For Full-Time Roles: January – December 2024
