The Alabama Forensic Council has placed in the Top 5 at the American Forensic Association National Tournament for the last two years. Your week at AFI will include instruction from our members. You won’t just be getting a piece ready for competition; you will be gaining the knowledge, skills, and strategies that are integral to the Alabama Forensic Council’s success.
New Friends
The 2019 Alabama Forensic Institute welcomed students from six states. During your week at AFI, you’ll meet new people who share the same passion for forensics that you do—but that’s just where your friendships begin. From working together on your pieces to bonding at mealtimes, you’ll make friendships that’ll last far longer than just a week.
And So Much Fun
Throughout the week, we’ll take breaks from the speech work to let loose and have fun. You’ll laugh, you’ll get messy, and you’ll get to explore UA. While you will leave AFI ready to take on your forensics season, you will also walk away from camp with memories to last a lifetime.
