Dr. Enzhu Dong is an assistant professor whose areas of study focuses on public relations, internal communication, corporate social responsibility (CSR), leadership, communication channels, and messaging strategy. Her research examines how organizations communicate prosocial values and how those messages shape organization-public relationships, stakeholder behaviors, and long-term organizational health.
