Dr. Ja Kyung Seo is an assistant professor who explores how interactive technologies transform communication, persuasion processes, and consumer experience. Her research examines human–machine communication, AI-driven interactive campaigns, social marketing, and consumer psychology, revealing how interactive technologies can be utilized to empower consumers and improve society. Seo highlights the psychological mechanisms under which such technologies influence individuals’ cognitive and emotional processing of social marketing messages.
