About

Dr. Mizuki Wyant’s research confronts the challenge of communication and misunderstaning in an increasingly globalizing world. She does this through examining how communication fosters trust, collaboration and inclusion in multicultural workplaces. She explores how expatriate managers and host-national employees navigate cultural differences.

Impact Beyond the University

Dr. Wyant’s research offers practical frameworks for global organizations seeking to improve cross-cultural communication and build effective, trusting teams. She regularly consults with corporations, helping leaders design communication protocols that reduce conflict and promote collaboration through diverse efforts.
