Teresa Gawrych is an instructor that teaches a range of creative media and multi-camera production courses. Her work focuses on preparing students for professional media environments through hands-on instruction and real-world production experience.
In addition to teaching, Gawrych coordinates Creative Media internships within the department and serves as supervisor for the Music Production Internship, which partners with the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater and the Digital Media Center. These roles connect students directly with industry settings, helping them translate classroom learning into professional practice.

Gawrych is actively engaged in creative production that supports regional arts and music communities. She recently created a music television program that highlights musicians from Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia and Tennessee, showcasing Southern talent and providing students with opportunities to participate in professional-quality productions.
