The Holle Center for Communication Arts is an incubator and a creative collaboratory designed to shape the future of 21st-century nonfiction storytelling. The center convenes researchers, practitioners, community partners and student interns to foster innovative, arts-informed research and narrative projects that are crucial to advancing the notion that everyone has a story to tell and a story worth telling. The center’s work is to tell meaningful stories that reflect the world as it is, and as it can be.
Communication arts enhance the impact of storytelling through mediums that evoke emotion, create connections, and further a nuanced understanding of lived experiences.
