Alabama ONE Credit Union: Graphic Design Intern

Overview

Alabama ONE Credit Union is currently looking for a graphic design intern to join our team, starting ASAP, with a pay rate of $15-17 per hour. This would be an in-person internship at our Main Branch (on Veteran’s Memorial Pkwy, next to Home Depot & Target). Experience in Adobe Creative Suite is required.

Internship Details

The primary purpose of this job is to provide design and marketing support to graphic design and media team by demonstrating design best practices.

Collaborate with creative team to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience;
Meet or exceed all established deadlines;
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off;
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks;
Work multiple projects concurrently and shift priorities as required to meet business requirements and deadlines;
Design marketing collateral for digital, print, and physical distribution;
Expand on existing campaign designs while maintain brand standards.

Requirements

Student or recent graduate in Graphic Design and/or Marketing
Experience in Photoshop and Illustrator
Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, techniques, and technologies
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
