The PRWeek Awards represent the pinnacle of recognition in the communications industry and are widely acknowledged as the most prestigious and coveted honor in the profession. These awards celebrate outstanding achievements by corporate, agency, nonprofit and education teams showcasing the exceptional work they delivered during the entry period.
“Being recognized as a Top Five PR program by PRWeek means a lot to our department. We have such smart, talented and passionate students, alumni, faculty and staff, and this recognition reflects the pride we all have in our programs.”
Dr. Brooke McKeever, professor and chair for the Department of Advertising and Public Relations
The judging criteria for submissions consider each program’s faculty contributions to public relations in teaching, research and service to the industry, and the program’s initiatives in connecting current and former students to industry in three areas of job and internship placements, speakers and events, and consulting and experiential learning.
Submitted entries for the PRWeek Awards are chosen by a panel of judges including PR education professionals and senior PR professionals from agency, corporate, nonprofit and government teams.
