About All Things Promo:
We provide custom apparel people love to wear and promotional products people love to use. All of our products are tried, tested and proven to make an impact. We’re called All Things Promo and we mean it, we’re a one stop shop for all things branded and offer creative design services to ensure that our clients have the best branding possible.

What You’ll Do:
As a freelance graphic designer, you’ll collaborate with our team on a variety of creative projects, with a focus on logo design and product/apparel branding. Your responsibilities will include:

Designing original, memorable logos that reflect brand values and identity
Redesigning logos for clients who are looking to update or change their logo
Developing full brand identity systems (color palettes, typography, brand guidelines)
Creating digital and print-ready designs for apparel, promotional products, print products, packaging, and other branded items
Translating creative briefs into visually engaging design solutions
Creating real looking mockups with accurate logo sizing to share with our clients
Ensuring consistency with existing brand elements across all materials
Delivering final assets in multiple formats for print and digital use
Communicating with internal teams and external clients to bring concepts to life

What We’re Looking For:

Some experience as a freelance or in-house graphic designer
Portfolio showcasing your design skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator & Photoshop)
Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and great with deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Pursuing a degree in graphic design, marketing, or another relevant field in C&IS or Arts & Sciences

Nice to Have:

Portfolio and/or experience with logo design and branding work
Experience with logo design and branding work
Experience digitizing logos for embroidery
Motion graphics or animation (for logo reveals, social content, etc.)
Experience in web design, UI/UX, or packaging design
Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or Sketch
