Buffalo Bills: Brand Management Seasonal Associate

The Buffalo Bills Brand Management Seasonal Associate will assist the brand management marketing team with a variety of initiatives tied to the NFL season, including creative branding, youth marketing and influencer marketing. This role supports fan engagement programs, gameday initiatives and other key events.

The ideal candidate will be willing to learn from experienced marketing team members, contribute campaign ideas and collaborate with multiple departments in the Buffalo Bills organization.

Primary Responsibilities

Assist the marketing team with a variety of programs and initiatives including youth, brand, creative, influencer, Alumni and fan engagement
Own a variety of fan-facing projects from start to finish, working cross-functionally with other teams and departments to get programs launched
Assist the marketing team game day responsibilities
Assist the Alumni Manager to lead Legends efforts on game days and at community events
Run and manage Brand Marketing sweepstakes including writing rules, managing and shipping prize inventory and communicating with winners
Provide support across the marketing department
Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sports administration, or related program
Must be creative and willing to offer ideas and solutions
Strong attention to detail
Maintain the upmost confidentiality when working on sensitive projects
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work effectively under pressure
Possess strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
Possess excellent oral and written communication
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
Candidate must be able to work game days, including evenings and weekends as scheduled in all types of weather
Remaining in stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
Working in outdoor elements that include high temperatures, low temperatures, wind, rain or snow
Working in a noisy environment
Movements that include bending, kneeling, squatting, throwing, pushing, pulling

The duration of the position is June 2025 – March 2026. The payrate for the position is $17.50/hour.
