Digital Merchandising Intern (Fall 2025 – 6 months):

Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a Digital Merchandising and Production Intern to join us this Fall 2025. As a Digital Merchandising and Production Intern, you will play a pivotal role in crafting the online customer experience for Louis Vuitton across the Americas. Supporting the online product catalog for our key markets (US, Canada), you will drive sales and engagement through data-driven strategies. Your responsibilities will encompass product launches, performance reporting, website optimization, and ensuring a flawless and luxurious digital journey for our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

Client Centric & Excellence

  • Manage and update the Louis Vuitton website, including daily CMS updates and weekly content merchandising
  • Support digital product and collection launches, especially during peak campaigns
  • Coordinate with the HQ merchandising team in Paris for timely asset delivery.

Commercial Mindset

  • Maintain site quality by consistently auditing for errors and addressing client feedback, ensuring swift resolutions.
  • Advise on visuals, copy, and animations while verifying product placement, offers, stock, and linking accuracy.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams to guarantee seamless product execution across web content and communications.

Decision Making

  • Pull sales reports and analyze performance by gender, category, and SKU to find opportunities and improve digital sales
  • Review product availability and stock forecast to help make informed, strategic decisions on site placement

Internship Profile:

We are eager to speak to individuals who are digital savvy and tech friendly with an understanding of digital client experience or interest. Attention to detail with ability to adapt is crucial as well as an analytical mindset. In addition, we are looking for strong written and verbal communication skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) proficiency.

Compensation

  • Undergraduate Interns will be compensated at: $20/hour
  • Graduate Interns will be compensated at $25/hour

Criteria

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in related field of study
  • Able and willing to work at assigned location or able and willing to relocate to NYC
  • We are open to full-time for Fall 2025 with a start date in October and available for 6 months
  • Legally authorized to work in the US

The position requires 4 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.

Digital Projects Intern (Fall 2025 – 6 months):

Louis Vuitton is seeking a Digital Projects Intern to assist with all aspects of user acceptance testing to ensure our digital platforms meet industry standards and deliver outstanding client experiences. You will collaborate closely with various teams to refine processes and maintain product excellence from inception through rollout.

As a Digital Projects Intern, you will also ensure Louis Vuitton’s continued status as a leading luxury innovator by benchmarking, challenging, and contributing your ideas while also testing our current tools & systems. Finally, you will report on the progress made & areas of improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

  • Partner and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure standard processes and maintain quality of service for customer experience.
  • Drive product excellence through end-to-end testing, reporting, and tracking of defects and technical issues while always looking to improve processes within the team.
  • Conducts extensive testing to ensure products perform according to user requirements and within established guidelines.
  • Act as the point of contact for User Acceptance Testing processes. Responsibilities include publication of stakeholder opt-in/opt-out for each UAT and run book preparation.
  • Facilitate meetings with partners throughout the testing process.
  • Accurately document and report any defects or inconsistencies discovered during testing.
  • Provide feedback on the user experience, usability, and overall quality of the e-commerce platform.
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation of the testing process, results, and any issues encountered.
  • Perform ad-hoc testing to explore the system and identify potential issues that may not be covered by formal test cases.
  • Benchmark within luxury industry and outside to offer innovative, out-of-the-box ideas.
  • Build ad-hoc presentations on various digital, omnichannel & innovative topics.
  • Ensure key metrics are followed and communicated accurately.

Internship Profile:

The ideal candidate will be a graduate/under-graduate student, or recent graduate, with interest in project management, working independently and cross functionally across internal and external partners. We welcome applicants with high level of curiosity, an innovative mindset, detail oriented and clear communication skills. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and fluent in French are a plus.
