About Camp OTX: Camp OTX is the premier hill country summer camp, located in the beautiful Bandera, Texas. Each year we hire over 200 college students from across the State of Texas to work with our campers during the summer. At Camp OTX we have it all; the blobs, a swimming pool, ropes course, riflery and archery ranges, a horsemanship program, woodshop, state of the art crafts center, cooking classes, canoe/kayaking, mountain biking, and so much more! At OTX you have an awesome opportunity to connect with kids and peers while deepening relationships with Jesus Christ. We strive to ensure that every camper at OTX has a fun and memorable camp experience, and that’s why we are looking to hire the best staff for summer 2024! Taking summer school? No problem! We have flexible work options. Need a job? All work at Camp OTX is paid employment. Needing internship credit? We have that too!
