Skills and Qualifications:

  • Interns will be expected to contribute 40 hours/week through the 12-week internship, May 28 – August 16, in either our Minneapolis, New York City, or Chicago offices
  • Sound conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and drive efforts from start to finish


Responsibilities: 

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Actively work towards creating competence in a specific Ovative subject matter (e.g. media, measurement, strategy).
    • Hands-on digital media planning, documentation execution, and optimization. 
    • Examples may include: keyword and bidding research, audience creation and optimization, site optimization, etc. 
    • Heavy data analysis, reporting and insights of digital media performance.
    • Research and communication of upcoming technologies, competition, and market trends.
  • Structured problem-solving, analysis and communication 
    • Execute discrete pieces of analyses using analytical tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau).
    • Translate analyses into clearly communicated insights (via slides, email, etc) to the client.
  • Leadership development: 
    • Regularly speak up, ask questions, and express your POV.
