Job Overview
The Gray Group (Keller Williams Realty) is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, and supporting the overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, the company website, and Youtube.
  • Social Media Management: Maintain and grow social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube.
  • Event Planning: Assist marketing director with organizing and executing client events.
  • Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing director and our agents to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives and to provide them with necessary marketing materials.
  • Listing Marketing: Assist listing manager with promoting our listings, open house events, and individualized marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent with the brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and service providers for printing, advertising, and promotional materials.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related
  • field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva, video editing software, social media
  • management platforms, and email marketing tools.
  • Creativity: Strong creative skills with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organization: Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to
  • manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support team
  • objectives.
  • Photography: Basic photography skills for capturing high-quality images of properties
  • and events.

  • Pay: $35,000-$40,000 based on experience/talent
  • Job Site: In office
